The time I first came to Singapore is about 4 months ago. During these 4 months, I have really grown a lot. One of the things that I noticed and being heard of before I came is the tendency to compare to others, this always become the factor for the stress that evryone of us bring to ourselves..
Guess what.. Actually many of us are very very very good! It is just the factor that the surroundings have people greater than us, that shows that we are somehow 'bad'.. Actually this is wrong!
It depends on our attitudes! If we have a right attitude towards your works, all of them are the best by your own strength! It is true that everyone is no. 1!

Last week I had had my very first PC1433 Quiz (Mechanics and Waves). At first I was quite nervous cause i wanna do well in my first time.. So I kept on studying and applying my rule of studying before exam, SLEEP EARLY! and of course, some power of prayer.
Guess what, I got back my paper last Thursday. Surprisingly, I got an 'E'....... for Excellent! Woohoo.. I am so happy to know that.. Glory all to God!

My mom and aunt left me oh last saturday.. This is the most unforgetable scene of my life.. This does not only mean they left me back to Sandakan.. It symbolises the day that I become totally independant.. I cried that day, they cried that day.. But I know this is a phase.. That I must go through..
I have been through my first week in campus liao lo.. My hostel is nice.. it is small enough to get a warm home feeling, and it is big enough to fit my size.. haha.. I really relieve la.. hehe.. My first week of ESP(Engineering Science Programme) is awesome! To my surprise, my class only have 33 freshmen.. So it is more or less like a class in my secondary school.. haha.. No need to squeeze into a large lecture hall to occupy seats, and got a hard time to know ppl around us.. It is just another warm class.. Hehe..
ESP is a tough programme, as you know.. literally, it can be known tht this programme is the hybrid of Engineering and Science.. So our courses are exclusive.. So we have no chance to mix with other engin students.. And the courses are more advance, it is just like.. Arrgh..
I have joined City Harvest church and I already have a cell group here.. The cell members are nice to me.. They are all very caring, and I found no difficulties in communicating with them.. They really make me a significant part of my life!

These few days I have gone to school, we, mom+kuku+me, have gone to many places in S'pore. As you know, I live in Holland Village, so we have been to Esplanade, IKEA, Vivo City Plaza, Bugis, ChinaTown, Sim Lim square.. There are many places, I couldn't really believe that a small place of S'pore can squeeze in so much things! Haha..
To your acknowledgement, I didn't really do good in my QET, as a result I have to take ES1000 - Basic English course.. Kinda disappointed in this, but nevermind, it is good also to study English for now as I can improve it!
Today I have to bid for some modules, time to decide my future.. I'm sure you don't understand what I am talking about, I will explain the detail later.. Remember is "BIDDING" modules oh.. (",)

Today went to NUS again.. But today is some sort like special, coz today I participated the International Student Orientation Talk.. There are bunch of international students matriculating to NUS.. There are students from many countries of origin.. Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Myanmar, Korea, Malaysia, etc..
There are really a variety of ethics, but unfortunately, I'm still unfamiliar with them. Maybe it takes time, I am sure that I will soon be familiar with them..
Today is the first time I'm enjoying S'pore busing system alone... Quite embarassing, as a foreigner, it really take me so much effort to success on it.. According to the SBS transit, I should be going back from NUS (Central Library) to Holland Village by bus 95, so I waited it and I boarded it, but what is so funny that, I entered from the exit!!(=.+), the EZ-link detector keep flashing error, it makes me so embarassed, perhaps the bus driver knew I'm a foreigner, so he asked where am I going.. After I told him, to my surprise he said I went to the wrong station, he pointed the bus stop opposite to wait for the same bus.. You know what, I have waited for that bus for 10 mins, another 10 mins more.. Haha...
It isn't very easy for a foreigner to get used to another place. You will agree it when you experienced it.. Truly.. But I think I will get used to it soon..

Getting both nervous and unwilling up to this present stage, haih.. What to do? 7 days left, for a new journey, this time of next week, I will be preparing for my flight, departing Sandakan, beginning my new life in somewhere else..

Really getting closer and closer, the more and more people I miss start from now, first of all, my parents, they really didn't want me to go, but they just let me do it, as they know that one day I must be independant. Not sure that if i will cry at that spot, and to the people I love, I really miss you, hope that we can keep in touch when I got there, distance is not the main problem, our friendship will not fade cause of distance, it is because of our hearts, if we endures, God will give us what we desire, when faith is tested, endurance will grow!
Getting know of some friends at NUS, just haven't known much! As it is true that friends will be a position of our pillar when we are outside leaving home. I saw in someone's blog that there are a bunch of Christians there! So it was in a sense that we can make an impact to NUS together! Hope to get know all of you soon! Heard that you guys are so nice, I am saying to the non-Christians, hope that we will become nice friends!
Once I stepped in Singapore, I will be living in Holland Village which is the residents of a home temporarily, once it is the date of the check-in of the hostel, then I will be moving into the hostel! First of all, I need to thank God for arranging the nice ways for me, I am pretty confident that you will help me all along in Singapore and as well as bless all of us both in Singapore and in Malaysia! Thank you Stella, which provides me a nice place to live; I would like to present my appreciation to Winston, who will be responsible for my transportation; To NUS AMCISA fellows, you guys really helps me a lot!

Last Saturday is my last day for working as a tutor assistance in my ex-teacher's (Mr Wong) place. I never had a wonderful experience as this! At first I thought coming to teach in Mr Wong's place is a pretty tough task, but at the end I got it wrong! I found this experience relaxing and fun, I can describe this experience as an unforgettable part of my life.
Guys and gals, thanks for your farewell that day, and I dedicate my sincere appreciation to all of you! What I saw that day is not how delicious is the food, but the sincerity and the heart in the you guys, haha.. so much to say.. qiong hei!! hehe.. I pretty agree that you guys have the potential of study, juz maximize it! You guys really left a nice memory in my mind, I will remember you guys, hope you will remember me also in the future!! Hehe..~ I have taken so much photos and I just haven't uploaded to the web yet, I will sure post the link out for you guys! Wait for my photos!
Being unemployed again, now only I understand the feeling of a campus student without employment.. Haha.. Now getting ready to pack up all my thingy, make a full list of things-to-buy and things-to-do both in Singapore and Malaysia. Besides preparing my luggage, I have to prepare my heart too, prepare to accept what is falling in front of me, and preparing to tackle the problems ahead and long to have wisdom and knowledge to deal with them!

Nothing can stop time, time flies, these few days really busy doing my finalization works, about STPM Mathematics of Sequences and Series. That is a tough job! Well, my 'tough' doesn't mean that I have serious difficulty of solving the questions, but the problem focuses to the quantity... =.=|||. Some questions really mind-boggling, but it is nice too to have a material to train up my brain's thinking skills, anyway it helps me on my Tertiary StUdi3s as well! ^^
Engineering Science, a course which I will be studying in the campus, which is the newly founded course of NUS. I am so astonished to know that I am the second batch of the students who is studying in this stream, wonder how many prospective EnGin Science students will it be.. LooKinG forward for it!
Thanks to my parents who really care so much about me that I have grown up to become a well-behaved child, nothing can compares to your love and cares to me! Daddy Mommy I love you! Muahhh! ;) I will work hard for my future and I will remember your cares and your misses! Yesterday I have finished watching all the "Death Note" Anime Series, yipee!! At the end the Yagami Light ends up in death, died as Kira, with nothing gains but loses many things. From this anime, I can see that there is something that I can learn about, it is that, we come empty-handed and it will be the same as we leave the world. This makes me reminiscing a scripture: Matthew 16:26 And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul? After all, there are still things to learn by watching anime~ ^_^
The time for me the leave Sandakan is coming and chasing after me, many arrangements have been made there, contacting pals, arranging transportations, and even packing up my luggages, a new life is getting near and near. It seems that I still not prepared for this new phase of life, but what can I do but just to accept it?
QET is coming nearer, I am sure that the essays I wrote everyday in these few months will play a role in aiding me in the test on 26th July. Many of my prospective classmates start to commence their revisions of the English, some kind of force is pushing me on, and I know that it is no other but God himself, I will work hard for it and get a results of flying colours! Waiting for my Good news!
26 days more to go, really miss everyone here, especially you! Yeah, its yoU! Hope can build a firm memory in the remaining time I have in Malaysia these few days!

Dear Frens! I have come back from Kuching loh~! On 6 June, this wednesday. It was indeed an enjoyable trip for me! It is undeniable that I have a little reluctant to part from Kuching, I'm really missed my cousins and nephews there!
The reason that I put the title as "Ups and Downs" on this post is because we had a good times and bad times together, we have been to many places with cousins and bought many things from Kuching, I tell you what, no other place in Malaysia is better than Kuching concerning of its cuisine! The Kuching Kolomee, Fried-Cook Mee, Char Kueh, Kueh Chap, Laksa, Yao Char Kueh are simply awesome! I haven't had a courageous act to stand on the balance to measure my weight yet. =.=||
The undelightful incidence is that one of my uncle at Kuching, has experieces theft broke-in during that period. The valuable belongings of him has being swept away, but thanks to the Lord that, on the next day, most of the belongings have been retrieved due to the drop of the lunatic thief when he was fleeing away. So, it is not a bad news after all~ ^_^

Really, I am enjoying the vacation here, honestly. I have met many peoples and went many places. I met my relatives of my mom's side, and I have a nice acceptance there, everything is fine here. I have met with my niece, Sherilyn, who is a nice girl and funny, cute~
I lived in my another niece's home which is at Stapok, she had two sons, Damon & Alan, who are brothers and they are cute but NaUgtHy!

Spiderman 3, an exciting and amazing movie. I love it so much!
I have watched the Spiderman 3 with my family last Sunday and it is simply amazing~! Not only about the effects, which is gorgeously wonderful, the Sandman effect, Venom, and swinging, battling scenes are just like real time!
The most important is about the storyline of the Movie. There is a scene that MJ said to Peter that, "Everybody needs help, even Spiderman..". That makes me feel that we cannot be alone, we need friends.
At the end of the film, the confession of Sandman, who unintendly killed Peter's, Spiderman's uncle, Ben Parker on Spiderman 1, which make a good continuation, at the end Spiderman forgive Sandman for what he had done before, and it ends up without battling and wins victory on both sides. Sometimes we really need to learn to forgive people who done mistakes or irritates us, because there are always something that you didn't know unless you dig for it!
Hi everyone, today I would like to talk about my afternoon worship team members, I have particiated COGS Music and Worship Ministry since I was Junior Three, i.e. 15 years old, 5 years from now. At first, I was not intended to join in the team as I was really not interested.
A little storyline.. Previously I was a music deaf, can be said such, I have nothing to do with music at the beginning, so when I started to join the ministry, a leader whose name is Fai taught me Bass Guitar skills, which is the least I expected, I thought it is same as guitar at first, and I intend to learn guitar or drum rather than Bass Guitar, but at the end it turned out not as I expected, but what is really wonderful, I have chosen the right instrument to play! In present, I loved Bass Guitar so much, and I am keep improving my skills from now on!
At first, I was being said that I played Bass unfeelingly, the members told me that my bass playing doesn't have any feel, that means when we playing fast beat songs, my bass is too soft and no sound; but when playing soft and sentimental songs, my bass turns out to be too loud and 'aggressive'.. It really took me long time to fix this.. Guess what? Finally I did it..
I knew and learnt many things there and knew many friends there, Nyuk, Suk Yi, Terry, Chak Yan, Samson, Anna, etc. I'm observing this team turning from weak to strong, and from poor to rich, from old to new! Now I will be leaving loh~ Though this leave may cause we seldom meet again, but I wish that the next time when I met you all, I am still being remembered!
I will never forget what we have gone through and how we have gone through, I wish that and I wish that when I returned from Singapore and visit you guys, I can see that all of you have improved and growing zealous in God, YOU ARE FOREVER IN MY HEART!
Hey I have recently watched the Bean's Holiday movie and that definitely a nice one! It is really a nice memory since I have watched Mr Bean when I was young. Now I saw him his wrinkles has increased, his age is getting old, but he is still compassionate about his carrier, he said he really enjoy being an entertainer, Rowan Atkinson, he is the man!

Hey pals! Long time no see! I'm back on my little blog~~ This time is qite different, as I post my new posts with my new laptop! Dell Inspiron 640m.. This will be my new laptop for my new campus life! Exciting huh..?! Finally I can have my very own notebook that I can do my assignments and play some small games~~
I really enjoyo the wireless network in my church, it really fast and smooth! Fortunately I have to declare that I have no regret in buying this notebook, for RM 3400.. Reminiscing the times, when the notebook from KL arrive my home, I'm getting really excited! The situation is like this.. At the day when it arrived, I received a call from courier company to confirm my address, after confirming, they cant find my home~?!? Oh gosh.. So I need to wait for them outside a primary school.. But thank god, finally I got it! ^_^ (Huhu.. like monologing..)
When the comp arrived, I tested it and after that I formatted it myself, to get the partition myself and reduce some unwanted processes that are pre-installed in my notebook on purchase.. So.. That's all for today~! See you next time when I update blog~!!
Hi all! I have come back from One Youth Camp la~ ^_^ It is indeed an enjoyable camp! Though I have used up most of my energy in the camp liao, but I am happy that I could bring my frens to the camp, this is what I always wished for.. Bernard Liao, you are my best friends!
Reminiscing the camp, I was a camp committee who responsible in propagating and advertising, the designing posters in schools, name tags, registration form, T-shirt and Camp Video Clip is my range of works, the only one thing that I feel unpleasant for me is, I was too busy in practicing and producing camp videos which makes me hardly found qualitative time to accompany my frens, but I'm glad that they really enjoy the camp!
Later on after I get those camp photos I will upload here and let you guys see, I'm sure you will jealous on us... hEhe.. During the camp, for the youths who had finished Form 5, we can participate the 'Give Blood, Give Life' Campaign, which is blood donating campaign, me myself had donated 250 cc of blood.. Oh gosh! This is my first time donating blood! I really felt afraid leh, but after that I knew that those ppl are boasting and bluffing that the needles are very painful when pricked inside your flesh, actually before that the pathologist had paralyzed our hand, so.. no pain at all~ Really felt happy and healthy after that.. heHe.. Since there were free Malta for everyone who donated blood. :P
Hope that those who participated the camp had enjoyed it! We have one life to live, we should live it to the maximum! See you all next time pals! This probably is the last camp I will join before going to Singapore lo.. Sob.. Sob..

Hi all! Glad to see you again! Two days earlier I already recovered from my fever and sick! Before that, I have suffered a week of fever, but this time I really realized that a true friend, yes, that is really a true friend of me. When I am sick, the friend not only concern about me with mouth & words, but with the heart and action. Yes, love and concerning is an action! To love is to give!
I found that it is very happy to have my lifestyle for now, although I will be leaving for Sandakan soon! Kinda miss all of you! I really very happy and sad, the feel is really unexplainable, but I guess it is a phase of life right? Everyone will go through this phase and I'm sure that it is all God's plan for us!
Recently I have been busying for my work at the Tuition Centre and One Way Youth Camp, the youth camp is being held on April 5 to 8, which corresponds to Easter holiday! I am the advertising committee which responsible for doing Name Tags, designing campers' handbook and promoting videos, it is kinda much to do. But it is all for the lord right? Since I am given the gift in these things!
So it is all for now for this week! Next week maybe I will not be able to update the blog since I am in the camp! But I will try my best! For all the people who keeps updating themselves of my blogs.. I will update the blog ASAP!!
It is quite true that everyone has a phase of life in their livings. Now that I really understood what is the deep meaning about it. I already clicked for the AirAsia Airbus Ticket to Johor Bahru on July 24th 2007. That means I will be leaving so soon!
As I am required to sit for the Qualifying English Test (QET) in National University of Singapore (NUS) on 26th July. My family and I will be leaving to Singapore to settle the academic matters and blah blah blah.. This is quite a new & wonderful experience for me, I was needed to apply for this apply for that, make pre-registrations, send e-mail enquiries, etc. Now is the time for me to be more independant than how I was before.
When I study in Singapore, everything will be automatically transferred on my head. I have to tackle it myself without help from parents. So recently I was thinking about to buy a Laptop to Singapore, but I heard that it is kinda risky to buy at Sandakan because when it is needed to be claimed the warranty, I will have to deliver back to Sandakan, which is kinda tedious. =.+|| So I was intended to buy it at Singapore, but some people said that it is not as worth as in Sandakan. So this is the current dilemma I am facing.
Everything turns out like what we have expected, I really thanks the lord for guiding us through this because He promised us will make a way for us and bless us, he will make us the head and not the tail, above and never at the bottom! (Deut 28:12-14).
I really believe that the Lord will be with me all the way when I started to depart for Singapore, let this experience be the wonderful and unforgettable phase of my life!
